Today’s episode is a very practical episode. We are talking about how to create healthy habits in your life, primarily that of keeping your home and office clean and tidy. A clean and organized space enhances mental health, physical health, and productivity. Anna leads the episode, sharing speed-cleaning hacks. Kristina will discuss smudging and blessing your home.
Also discussed today: chance encounters, the Dalai Lama, ADHD, and neurodivergent hacks to cleaning.
Resources:
Small Batch of Water, Bleach and Tide for wiping counters/floors:
4 cups of hot water.
4 teaspoons of bleach.
1/2 teaspoon of powdered Tide®
Speed Cleaning Method:
Begin in the left hand corner and move clockwise, carrying Two Bins (one to return misplaced items, one for trash). Move around the room.
Put everything away that was not trash.
Start again, same circle, carrying a bucket of cleaning supplies. Clean & Wipe all countertop surfaces/dusting and throw the crumbs onto the floor.
Vacuum/Mop/Vacuum the floors.
