2.09 This Spiritual Fix Podcast - The Drama Triangle, Part III : The Dark Passenger

Powered by RedCircle

Deep within the recesses of our mind lives the Shadow. Have you seen her? Does he call you? The Shadow is the part of us we hide, and it propels us towards conflict and self-sabotage. Carl Jung says of the Shadow, “no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real.”

In this episode of This Spiritual Fix, two best friend discuss their Shadows, or Dark Passengers. Where did their Dark Passenger comes from? How can we see it as something that doesn’t need “fixing” but just loving? Learn how the Dark Passenger plays the internal Persecutor role in the drama triangle.

Also discussed today: ADHD, PMDD, cognitive behavioral therapy, loving your inner b*tch, coping strategies, and Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
